Has the Rural and Regional Development Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, nothing to say when I charged him of making ten lies in a short five-paragraph statement attacking me?

In response to his statement, which deserves to go into the “Guinness Book of Records” for telling ten lies in five paragraphs, I challenged him to appear in a joint media conference for me to point out the 10 lies in his five-paragraph statement.

But Ismail Sabri has kept a thunderous silence.

I will not let this matter rest and will pursue Ismail Sabri even in Parliament for his “ten lies in five paragraphs”, as he must accept responsibility for his statement although I do not think Ismail had written the statement – but he allowed his name to be used.

Is Ismail Sabri going to apologise for these 10 lies in five paragraphs?

Najib’s tweet on Saturday and Ismail Sabri’s statement had confirmed my view that heavy artillery are being brought out by the UMNO’s propaganda machinery to demonise me and the DAP in the run-up to the 14th General Election.

But even more noteworthy, they are also an admission of the failure of their earlier campaign to spread the triple politics of fear, hatred and lies about me, whether through the UMNO/BN owned and/or controlled mainstream media, especially TV 3, New Straits Times, Berita Harian, Utusan Malaysia, with a number of their propaganda digits (including Ministers) rendered impotent in self-destroying their own credibility by making the stupidest of statements.

There is however one fatal flaw in the UMNO/Barisan Nasional campaign of fear, hatred and lies against me – one fatal inner contradiction of their campaign.

UMNO leaders, propagandists and cybertroopers accuse former Prime Minister Tun Mahathir of being my puppet and stooge, while MCA and Gerakan leaders, propagandists and cybertroopers say the opposite, that I have become Mahathir’s puppet and stooge.

I have advised UMNO/BN leaders, propagandists and cybertroopers to straighten out their propaganda campaign of fear, hatred and lies – whether Mahathir is my puppet and stooge or whether I have become Mahahir’s puppet and stooge.

Both cannot be true. Its one or the other, or both are falsehoods.

Ismail Sabri’s infamous statement of ten lies in five paragraphs was given prominent coverage by The Star. But The Star “blacked out” my reply.

I am asking my lawyers to look into the matter, with regard to both Ismail Sabri and The Star.
