Unfair of UMNO Youth to dislodge me from the UMNO demonology from the pole position as the “musuh utama” of the Malays in favour of Tun Mahathir

I must protest at the unfairness of UMNO Youth dislodging me from the UMNO demonology from the pole position of “musuh utama” (top enemy) of the Malays in favour Tun Mahathir.

Today, the Umno Youth vice-chief Khairul Azwan Harun announced that Tun Mahathir is the “musuh utama” of the Malays as he is working hard to ruin Umno.

For five decades, I had been demonised as the “musuh utama” of the Malays. How can they snatch this “title” from me without any proper consultation with me and award it to Tun Mahathir?

This shows how ridiculous, unfounded and baseless is the whole UMNO demonology of attacking a person as “mush utama” of the Malays.

This is the worst example of the lies, fake news and false information which UMNO/BN leaders, propagandists and cybertroopers are using to mislead the Malaysian people.

I am in a very strange category – as I am not only accused of being anti-Malay and anti-Islam by UMNO propagandists , I am at the same time virtually accused of selling out the rights and interests of the Chinese and the non-Islamic religions!

I have never been anti-Malay or anti-Islam as it makes no sense to be anti-Malay or anti-Islam if one wants to be a Malaysian.

We want all Malaysians, regardless of race or religion, to regard themselves as Malaysians first and their race, religion or socio-economic position second.

If I had been anti-Malay or anti-Islam, it should not be difficult for these UMNO/BN leaders and propagandists to find evidence from my five decades of political activities to substantiate such an allegation. This is the most powerful proof of the falsehood of such allegations.

The allegation that Tun Mahathir is even more anti-Malay than I is very bizarre and farfetched, when both of both of us are not anti-Malay.

Imagine, Malaysia having a Prime Minister for 22 years who is anti-Malay?

This shows what a mess UMNO is in now, whether in terms of political leadership or thinking.
